Terms & Conditions 

The trip in website are operated by Himalayan Travel Partner and We have tried to make the booking terms and conditions with us as simple as possible. The following booking conditions apply to trips.

1. Booking:
We prefer to have the confirmed booking in advance prior to the arrival to Nepal, Pre-booking gives us the enough time to organize your trip well in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan & India. 

2.Payment:
Payment For Trekking and Tours: At all the trips you will book with Himalayan Travel Partner need 30% of the total contracted price to confirm your spot for the trip. And the rest amount can be settle upon arrival upon arrival in Kathmandu  by USD, Euro, GBP cash or Visa or  Master card.

3.Cancellation Policy:
If we fail to provide you the trip (completely or partially), under unexpected situations which is not in our control. ( landslides, flight cancellation, natural disaster)  we would offer you alternative trip of similar interest and standard. If that doesn't fit your interest, we will refund you the money deducting expenses till that point of the trip, but there is no compensation policy.

4. Booking changes or Amendments 
If you need to change the booking you already have with Himalayan Travel Partner will be happy to do so for you without any extra charges.

5. Late Bookings:
We Accept the last minute booking without any extra cost and love to make that trip happen.

6. Saftey Policy :
We always render you most sincere services and we guarantee you that none of our staff will harm or steal your belongings. We will alter the route and durations and make other amendments specially in weather difficulties, group member sickness or injury.

7. Privacy Policy : 
Himalayan Travel Partner, uses your email and personal details for the  purpose of  processing your enquiries and  operating trip. We do not sell or share your personal details with anyone. Sometime we might use the clients photo and the videos for our advertisement, unless we won't if you mention us not to do so. we always keep the personal privacy and strictly follows thses.
